BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The Shea faithful aren’t screaming MOOO for Mookie Wilson. Nor are they screaming DUUUUUKE for Paul Lo Duca. No, the most popular form of expression for the crowds at Shea have been

BOOOOO

Over the past few days this has been a popular topic here on the net. Are Mets fans too wound up and subsequently acting ridiculous? For the majority of people, the response is yes – the season is thirteen games old and it is way too early to be expressing disgust when Aaron Heilman puts men on when the team is up 4-0.

The majority of the time I’m going to agree with these rational, sensible people. It is too early to be booing, especially Johan Santana! While it is frustrating to see the team hit into five double plays and give a game away to the Brewers, does it warrant booing the team in April?
